There are many ways to lose weight - but unfortunately most diets leave us hungry and unsatisfied.
If you don't have much stamina, you'll quickly be led by hunger and throw your weight loss plans out the window. But we have found a low carb diet that promises to make the kilos fall. And in just three steps and in a healthy way. The most important thing is to cut down on sugar and starches (carbohydrates). Foods with these ingredients have a strong effect on your insulin balance. Because, in case you didn't know: The hormone insulin is the largest fat store in our bodies. So when we lower insulin levels by eating a low-carb diet, fat has more time to get out of fat stores. The body starts burning these same fats instead of carbohydrates. Another benefit of low insulin is that the kidneys flush excess sodium and water out of the body. This reduces not only bloating, but also water retention. Eating less sugar and carbohydrates will lower your insulin levels and curb your appetite, so you'll lose weight without starving yourself.
Breakfast - the most important meal of the day?
Surely every one of us has heard this sentence before. At least as a child, when you couldn't get a bite down in the morning at the breakfast table because of the upcoming math exam.
But is that really the case - is breakfast really that important?
This is where scientific opinions differ. It is even rumored that the statement "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" was only invented by a well-known cornflakes manufacturer to advertise his product.
In the morning we can take the opportunity to do something good for our bodies. So breakfast is not the most important meal of the day - but the one you make to it. It is simply important that we provide the body with healthy food and many nutrients for the start.
We are of the opinion: Whether you should eat breakfast or not is basically dependent on your type. Some people really celebrate their breakfast and simply need it to start the day in a good mood. Others, on the other hand, have to be awake for 2-3 hours before they can even think about eating. And still others do it sometimes this way, sometimes that way.
Make it your morning routine. Drinking a glass of water directly after getting up has the effect of boosting your metabolism. The reason for this is that your body must "heat up" the supplied water to body temperature and thus produces heat. In addition, calories are burned, which is why drinking on an empty stomach is especially recommended for diets.
Flushing out toxins
During sleep, the body cleanses itself, creating toxins. Of course, these should be eliminated as quickly and effectively as possible. By drinking an extra portion of water, these substances can be flushed out more effectively.
Beautiful skin and hair.
Those who drink too little and suffer from a lack of water promote the formation of wrinkles, pimples and blemishes. Hair looks dull and brittle. In order to moisturize the skin not only from the outside through creams, drinking enough water helps to care for it from the inside. In addition, the blood circulation of the skin is directly promoted in the morning.
Preventing cystitis and kidney stones.
When it is already too late, everyone knows that you should drink a lot when you have a bladder infection. But not only during inflammation. Fluid intake also helps to prevent it. Due to more fluid, the bladder is better flushed, and it is more difficult for bacteria to accumulate. In addition, the urine is diluted, which is why fewer minerals can be deposited in the kidney
